Our editorial consultant Dr. Rajat K. Baisya is contributing a series of articles on the theme “Changing Face of Processed Food Industry in India”. Dr Baisya is Chair Professor of Marketing & Strategic Management at Dept. of Management Studies, IIT, Delhi. He is internationally well known management and project consultant. He has worked for leading multinationals and large Indian businesses in very senior positions. Priyanka Sardana is an Advocate and Patent Attorney; Vijay Sardana is the Director of ARPL Agribusiness Knowledge Services, New Delhi.


Cold Chain Management

Keeping in view the importance of freezing and cold chain in food business PFI decided to introduce the series of article ‘A to Z of Frozen Food Operation’. The third article of the series ‘Technical and Technological Aspects of Freezing’ contributed by O S Gautam is being presented here.
